Payouts

Claim your ZEC

Every trade against a token you launched pays a 2% creator fee. Those fees are collected, converted to ZEC, moved into Zcash's shielded pool, and sent to an address only you hold the keys to.

Your claim is the creator fee from every token launched by your wallet, converted to ZEC at the current rate.

How a payout reaches you

  1. 1
    Fees accrue on chain

Two percent of every trade against your token is charged in the asset it trades against, and accrues to a fee vault belonging to that launch alone.

  2. 2
    The keeper claims them

A scheduled process claims each vault's balance out of the fee escrow. Nothing is claimed until it is worth more than the gas to collect it.

  3. 3
    Converted to ZEC

Claimed fees are converted to Zcash at the rate recorded at conversion time, so every payout can be checked against what was collected.

  4. 4
    Shielded

The ZEC is moved into Zcash's shielded pool. From this point the amount and the parties to it are encrypted on chain.

  5. 5
    Sent to your address

The payout goes to a Zcash address you control. We never hold your keys, and cannot move or freeze what has been sent.

Why Zcash

Fees are earned in public. Every trade, every amount and every address is on a chain anyone can read, so a creator's income is a matter of record. A shielded ZEC payout breaks that link: the amount, the sender and the recipient are encrypted on chain, and only the holder of the viewing key can see them. Public trading, private payout.
